Set up is one of the most stressful parts of a tradeshow. This is one area we really want to simplify. Make set up almost effortless so that you should only have to bring over enough stuff that you can fit in one large suitcase.

If you only have a few items and do not require to hang products or already are 100% on your staging, you can arrive Tues 8:00 AM. You have to get done by 9:00AM Saturday.

We will have the slat wall only as a backing. We worked with INDIE to do a wall sharing arrangement with the vendors behind us.
These are handmade tables built by our friends at Alibi Interiors. Tables will be provided based on the size we discussed earlier. As far as possible, try not to use table cloths, but you are free to use props and risers to stage your products.
The Craneway is one of the most well-lit venues so we'll make use of natural lighting.
Two power strips will be provided to us, one will be used to run iPads and computers to book orders.
We will bring tent cards for each maker. They will be propped by tent card holders made by Esselle.
Post Card Leave Behinds
Before buyers leave the SKUE exhibit, we will hand them cards to takeaway. Here's an example.
We will have a master folder of all vendor line sheets.
Please print out at least 5-7 copies of your linesheets to bring to the venue and send these along before hand.
Insert one of the copies in a clear folder that we will provide to you at the venue. This folder should be placed on your table by your tent card.
Keep the rest of the copies with you. Only give out these linesheets to serious buyers.
You can print out more for safety.
Or else give out your cards. Do not forget to take a card from the buyer.
We will have these forms at the venue. Sometimes buyers prefer to write these orders by hand.
Booking an Order
All orders will be booked on the SKUE platform. Order bookings require about 5-10 minutes max once buyer decides to move forward.
We will create merchant accounts for retailers who do not have an account.
As far as possible, we will ask the vendors to confirm orders on the spot.
If you are unfamiliar with the process, we'll do a refresher prior to the show.
