How do you plan on protecting the interests of retailers?

We will set up terms in a simple user friendly contract between the two parties. It will include clauses like the return of unsold items within a certain date. And we have built in notifications as reminders. In the handmade industry, these simple factors are often overlooked. Makers are too shy or not business minded enough to pull up a contract. Boutique retailers are too busy running their business to deal with that stuff. If it can happen at the push of a button, it'll save everyone the form-phobia which frankly, plagues  the entire universe.
