How do I get a guaranteed response from a buyer? – SKUE Support

Buyers are busy, so they typically don't have time to get back. Or say why or why not they want to buy from you. Imagine if they did. Insight requests is a means to shortcut your way into their mind. And move business along. Just ask.

We've listed our top 25 buyers first who are really hard to get hold off.

You will have a tokens included in your account based on your membership status. If you've already used it, see instructions below.

STEP 1: Pick an Item
Go to the product that you introduced or which best represents your collection.

STEP 2: Pick Buyer
On the item detail page, click on Ask Buyer. We'll add new buyers every month so check back for each round.

STEP 3: Ask for an insight
Ask about for a specific insight. Store fit, store readiness, packaging etc.

Sample Draft
Hi {{Buyer Name}} Love your store and thought that my products might be something that would fit really well with the products you already sell. All our products are handmade with sustainable materials. {{Say what makes your products unique}}. I've also included photos of the packaging. Would love to hear your insights. Would it be a good fit for your store? if not what are your thoughts. You can view the rest of my collection on SKUE. Thanks for your time.

STEP 4: View Response
You'll hear a positive response or if it doesn't work, you will hear why.

STEP 5: Continue the convo
Thank the buyer for their time. The buyers aren't obligated to respond back. But when they wish to buy they will.

STEP 6: Purchase more tokens
After your token are exhausted you can purchase new tokens based on your wholesale needs. Whether you just need reach out to one buyer or launching a new collection with multiple stores.
